Healing doesn't only happen in therapy - it can also happen in community, through meaningful experiences that help us pause, reflect, and reconnect.
As a licensed therapist, registered yoga teacher, and wellness facilitator, I combine evidence-informed mental health principles with restorative practices to create experiences that support stress reduction, nervous system regulation and personal growth. Whether through workshops, retreats, or community wellness events, my goal is to help people leave feeling more grounded, connected and equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
